Automatic unit for applying belt loops on jeans trousers, two needles, max speed 2500 p/min., the sewing time of the machine per belt loop is 1.2 seconds, computerized transport mechanism on the XY axes which allows the operator to modify the number of stitches and the size of the seams. There are 9 programs already memorized in the machine (99 to be added with Eprom). Loop size from 9 to 20 mm, the loop feed device pushes the loops precisely into the sewing position even if they are twisted or folded, providing smooth operation by avoiding slowdowns near waste.
